One Screen designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a single-screen mobile portal for your business on a month-to-month subscription. The subscription is $99 per month with no setup fee.
Your subscription includes hosting, SSL, performance monitoring, SMS lead routing to a phone number you designate, and unlimited updates to your copy, pricing, and photos. Build timelines quoted on our site are targets, not guarantees, and depend on how quickly you supply your business details.
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, photos, and copy, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing and service claims, and for complying with the laws that govern your trade and your advertising. You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, or penalty arising from the content you supply, the offers you publish, or your use of third-party material you did not have the right to use.
Your portal collects a visitor's name, phone number, and request, and hands them to you by text, calendar booking, or the CRM endpoint you configure. You are the sender of record for every message you send to those leads. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs, for TCPA and carrier requirements in your jurisdiction, and for any marketing you send beyond the quote the visitor asked for. We do not market to your leads.
For the lead data your portal collects, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We process that data only to operate and support your portal, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. We keep it on infrastructure that applies encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access to the people who operate the platform, and will delete or export your lead records on written request. If you configure a CRM webhook or analytics tag, the receiving provider becomes your own processor and its terms govern what it does with the data.
You own your domain. If you cancel, we will help you point it elsewhere and you keep it. We do not hold domains hostage.
You may cancel at any time. Your portal stays live through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable on a partial-month basis.
You may not use a portal we host for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading offers, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend a portal that puts our hosting or messaging providers at risk.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, ranking, or revenue. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. These limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and survive cancellation.
Portals rely on outside providers for hosting, payments, messaging, email, calendars, and any analytics or CRM endpoint you connect. Outages, policy changes, or account suspensions at those providers are outside our control and are not a breach of these terms.
