When you contact us through our intake flow we collect the trade you operate in, the city or metro you serve, and the mobile number you provide. When we build and host a portal for you, we store the business details, pricing, imagery, and contact routing you supply.
We use your information to respond to your request, build and maintain your portal, route inbound leads to the phone number you designate, and send service notices about your account. We do not sell your information.
Portals we host may record anonymous, aggregate usage events (page views, taps on quote actions) so operators can measure performance. When an operator enables a third-party analytics or advertising pixel on their portal, that provider's own privacy policy also applies to those visitors.
We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Portals we host ask each visitor before loading any analytics or advertising tag, and that choice is remembered on the visitor's own device. Declining leaves the portal fully usable — the quote flow never depends on a tracking tag. Strictly necessary storage, such as remembering that consent answer, is always in use.
For leads submitted through a client portal, the business that owns the portal is the controller of that data and we act as its processor. We process those records only to deliver the lead and support the portal, we never sell them, and we do not use them for our own marketing. Access is limited to the people who operate the platform, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Submitting our intake flow opens your own messaging app with a pre-filled text — no message is sent until you send it. Replying to us means you consent to receive text messages about your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
We keep account and portal data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a short period afterward for billing and legal records. You can request deletion of your information at any time by texting or emailing us.
